Refund Policies

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the products you received must have a defect in the packaging, in the product, or in your case, an obvious lack of quality, you will also be eligible for a refund if the received has an error according to the order. You must send an email to the address contactoaciditosmx@gmail.com describing the situation for which you require a refund, as well as a photograph of the product in the state in which you received it.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:
-If the error was only in part of your order and you did receive part of it correctly.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your case. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contactoaciditosmx@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
